We think it a beautiful month, my tulips are finally about to bloom! And I don't have a single event (graduation, confirmation, prom, wedding, etc) to have to plan for *grins* so I am enjoying everyone else's hard efforts.
Wow, a May vacation .. how nice!

Well, we are going to spend a long weekend with my in laws near Hilton Head this weekend. We will go for a retreat in june though. And for almost two weeks to Saint Louis to visit Bill's family there around the fourth of july. We will probably celebrate our anniversary there too. So there is a lot to look forward to. But most of all I look forward to a less hectic pace.

Wow who knew April would fly right on by. No more issues with fuzzy four-legged Fu....Things. My truck is still not fixed yet. Elias' truck has had some issues an to be fixed to keep it running. We went to our Kingdom Arts & Sciences the first weekend of this month. The picutres from the event click hereAnd my friend Bandit whom I posted last month about....that he is a live and well. I just found out tonight that what happened to him was a ruse to "fall off the radar" if you will. Seems he had a stalker whom had threatened the life of his family and himself. Under the advice of his attorney and the police he was to drop out of sight, and all contact with anyone and everyone who might help her knowingly or unknowingly. So he came up with a ploy of telling everyone thur a "friend" what was going on with him....To chalk it up... all a huge lie. Needless to say I'm not happy how this was his way to hide and told him such. I want to thank those who along with me worried and prayed and felt saddened. No one died and the stalker was a woman, who is in custody, If Bandit can be believed after all this. Sorry to have gotten you all worried, but I wanted you all to know. Just goes to show not everyone you can trust to believe online.

Great to see you again, Michael. And glad to see you up here again! You have been missed. Xavier, that is indeed a pretty strange thing to do. I am looking forward very much to the weekend, spend it with my in laws. Joseph and I had a lovely day yesterday. We spend some time on the playground and had great fun there. I am just now starting the foot part of my knitted sock and am rather nervous about that. And eager to have the project done. For today I was planning to go to the museum, but...the weather seems so nice, I might change my mind and go to the playground instead. Especially since tomorrow the butterfly pavillion will open for members at the museum.

Is at Hilton Head. Bills parents offered to baby sit, so tonight my husband and I had a date under the full moon. We went to a local sea food place. I would say it was one step up from a dive, but that would have been a step too high. It was absolutely great. Too much food, but great food and lots of atmosphere. And time with the most wonderful husband in the world. I thorougly enjoyed every second of it. The butterfly pavillion this morning was amazing as well. So many of the beautiful creatures just within hand's reach. Though of course we didn't touch, but the fact that we could have was just wonderful. It was slightly more challenging to stop Joseph from touching, but he was fascinated. And few things are cuter than a little boy in utter wonder amidst flowers and butterflies...

*smiles* What a perfect endorsement for Mother's Day. Sounds like you're enjoying the richness of it, Eva . .
We escaped the danger of frost last night, so that is gift enough for me. I took a chance and planted much of my bedding plants ahead of the usual estimate of "safe" for our area.

I really had a magnificent mothers day: brunch, presents, bought a new dress that makes me look like a greek godess and had my family around me plus an extra long chat with my own mother. I hope all the other mothers, in both body and spirit, had a wonderful mothers day. I am enjoying my vacation thoroughly. Tomorrow evening I will even go out and see the new Star Trek movie. I heard it is very good. Hope to see everyone around again soon. And Letha and Dream... I am still waiting for Garden pictures!

In need of coffee and nicotine, dragging himself back into the world and the beautiful month of may, is it really that time already how it had passed, quickly...too quickly and what had he done?...Absolutely nothing, sorry have not been around guys but rt is as always chewin my backside off and didn't really want to be part of it at all. We the same as so many worldwide have suffered from work cutting back so basically been trying to save me sorry a** job for the foreseeable future, nothing certain and me studies don't finish till 2011 so someway to go before a decent job in the new career move..LMAO It seems like an age since I had been here and boy have I missed you guys, it won't be (I hope) that long again, as it seems in me absence our Beloved Queen and the Lad Kyle have the tongues waggin in the barracks, can't wait to see how this unfolds. *eg*

LOL. Oh it is so great to see you again, Repsol! I was JUST starting to get worried. Economic downturn has been a rot to many. My mother got fired in january but.. started a job just this week at the cathedral in Antwerp. Supposedly much less stress and responsiblity! She likes it, plus there are chances for advancement. My husband and I gave her three months of 'taking it easy' before she would find things that 'needed improvement' and where she could make a simple change that would help things go so much better. It took three days. *LOL* Keeping you all in my heart and in my prayers. And Repsol... you'ld better get into that room. You came within a hair's width of becoming King these last two weeks. *LOL*

*wraps myself in the hugs and enjoys them* I'm enjoying the days. Yesterday I had a bit of a scare. *L* My wonderful husband went to prison for a half day of prison ministry, a follow up for the five days he had done a week. I was watching Joseph at home and my beloved should have been home a bit after noon. He wasn't. Half an hour later I was slightly annoyed. An hour later, I was completely worried. The royal husband is NEVER late without calling. I knew he would have to give up his cellphone when going into prison, but... that would be finished at noon. And we don't live far away at all. One a clock... One fifteen. I called. No reply. One forty five. Two pm. I want to go check to local news to see if there are any car accidents or if the jail is in lockdown or whatever... then.. finally the call. Nothing like hearing how the program had just lasted much longer than expeced to make you feel a bit foolish for all the images you get into your head. But guess who got extra big hugs anyway?
