During my confinement a few questions have been raised about the structure of this room and who has which authority and so on.
Since my return for now is sporadic and depending on the sleep patterns of my baby, allow me to take a moment to clarify things.
Windstorm is meant to be ruled by a body as council. The queen is just supposed to be an in the room figurehead for the roleplay, but not the final and definitive authority ooc. IC, yes, I am the queen and storyline wise all powers rests with me, but that is only within the storyline.
Council is the final authority and the ruling body of Windstorm: a group of individuals with each their own strengths and weaknesses. Each one has their strengths and their own function. Some of us will spend all or most of our time in the room, others will spend more of their time and talent on the board. As a room we evolve and each of us works along our talents and our abilities. We all make mistakes and we all need eachothers forebearance. I hope everyone will enjoy their time here.
