*after the exhausting journey to and from Caerfarnon, she settled at the table and wrote a missive to the Lady Laurestina to inform her of the happenings.*
M'lady,
Last night, as said, I went to the castle of Caerfarnon to speak of the mourning gift. Duke Liam bestowed his gratitude 'pon us in the name of princess... nae... Queen Adrianna for the kindness of the gift, and truely the effort of such was apreciated. The gardners of Caerfarnon have been spoken to of the trees and will take thim into very good care. However, I also told his grace ye might wish to come and oversee the planting yerself, and ye be very welcome to do such.
Pritthee be careful when travelling, m'lady! I know ye can watch yerself but I beg of thee nae to set me heart to unease. Take yer escort and be mindfull of the ways of the lands, for travelling always be a danger.
Be loved and blessed, Lady Edfeil
