Absence to be Expected

I'll start by apologizing for not being around much lately. School and Life have pulled me away.

However that's not the reason for this post. As of tomorrow morning, I will be having some heavy dental work done (won't get in to the details) and this means that for at least the next week I am going to be on some heavy pain meds... Loopy doesn't even begin to explain it. I may be around, but unlikely IC as I doubt that I'll be coherent enough to rp. So just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

On the General RP board, I'm working something out to explain Simone's absence, and though I won't be around she'll still be there, just mostly locked in her chambers from illness.

Just wanted to pop in and let you guys know how I was doing. Dentist took bout 45 minutes.. and 30 shots of septocaine (stronger version of Novocaine)... Wisdom teeth were a bitch and a half coming out, but the dentist made sure I felt no pain.. 22 teeth pulled later I'm on Narco and bout to get some sleep (since I haven't been to bed yet) but I'm doing alright..

Though the Narco doesn't seem to make me too loopy so I might be good to rp after all once I get out of this starter pain.

Yay four days later, this stitches still haven't started to dissolve and come out. But I am able to ease off the pain killers. Taking less, which is good, since I just took my last one. But the morning is always the worst. I think the stitches catch while I'm asleep... But there isn't much more to do about it. Dentist said if they don't start to dissolve and come out in a few more days that they'd get me in to take them out. Roomie said screw waiting for them to get me in (they tend to have a pretty full schedule) and if it's still bothering me she'll take me to the ER and have them take them out. Especially now that I am out of pain killers. I'm always tired, but that's from the meds.. Otherwise, I seem to be healing alright.
