- ~ - There had been a point where I was going to head back to my home but to find out that Her Majesty had fallen ill after Twelfth Night, I held off. I wanted to be around to help if I could to see her well, if nothing else than moral support. She was better in that last night I seen her, she had gotten the much needed sleep and did not look like the Dark Rider was near. When she was awake and feeling well we spoke of my not leaving till the weather had change for the better. However I found myself being more here than at home as it where. - ~ -

Edfeil Stormblade de Ruoma to Xavier Emily Douglas : Me friend.. ye know ye be welcome here at any time. Iffen hospitality be extended to any stranger upon this road, how much more would it be such to an old friend for I would nae have ye think yerself merely a guest. I will admit.. I would prefer it nae to be hospitality. I worry of yer traveling, especially in weather like this. I would beg of ye at least to promise nae to leave until the weather eases at least somewhat?

Well, between traveling to the duchy and here is not all that far really. However I do understand your line of thinking. I was wondering perhaps of being more than a guest, if such a place would be open for me here.

Then again I knew of no Queen who did not wish to have a few ladies about to see to her needs and/or wants. I had other skills but not something I have had to use in a good long time. Thinking of what I could bring to be of use here as I finished out writing, having said as such to Her Majesty about what I would have to do, to petition to make Windstorm my home. - ~ -
