a missive delivered to Windstorm Castle. the messenger stated that he came from Blackethorne Bluff with a letter addressed to the Queen. It would be given to the guards at the gate, and the guards assured that no return letter was necessary. whenever it made its way to the Queen. the contents of the letter were simple.
Your Majesty,
It has come to my attention that Nicole is....Gone from the Castle here in Blackethorne Bluff. She left a letter saying she is not feeling well and would be absent for a while. However we have not yet found her in the confines of the Lands. I am sure that you know all too well how good she is at not being found when she wishes not to be. If by some reason, she ventures into your lands. Please let her know that we worry of her and would like her to check in with us.
We shall continue to look here for her presence and I shall do my best to keep you informed as I can.

*She read the missive immediately, Blackthorne's seal a guarantee of that fact. She expected to hear mayhap congratulations on the baptism or an invitation.. but her eyes widened as they slid over the letters. Immediately she moved to the chest at the side of the hall and brought up her small writing desk, taking the pen to hand*
Dear Athena,
I will admit your tiding worries me. I know too well indeed how hard it is to find Lady Nichole if she does not wish to be found. Her skills in such are quite extra ordinary. It would worry me less if she had not been unwell. I hope she is taking time to recover in a place that is safe and peaceful, but I fear the convent life never drew her, even as a guest. I will hold her high in my prayers, but that nae be all. Iffen ye need any of Windstorm to help ye search, just to make certain she be well, ye have but to ask. Me husband has.. contacts in many a place and there are others who have so as well. PRitthee allow me to assure ye that we will do all we can in Windstorm to see to it that she be finding a safe have here. IFfen she be venturing on our lands, I will give ye a message iffen she allows such and I will make sure to alert.. those that be on the look out for any who be trying to enter the lands by covert means.. that nae all who do such might come with ill intent.
Be loved and blessed, in gratitude,
Edfeil R.
