;D I can still see Natlie Portman's silly hair do and stange accent as she said those lines in Star Wars the Phantom Menace, which for not Star Wars folks was the first of the prequels.
Name of Natlie's chsracter is Queen Amadia (not sure how to spell it) and it is when she is standing in the stange UN style hall with deligates hovering on, what should I call them? flying saucer like shields?

Okay I loved the movie this quote comes from and I have to say there were soooooo many quotes I could have taken from this movie. The following conversation takes place as an English man asks a woman to marry him in her language. The extra quote at the end is the sister of the potential bride to be who is watching the proposal:
He says :I've come here with a view of asking you to marriage me. I know I seems an insane person - because I hardly knows you - but sometimes things are so transparency, they don't need evidential proof. And I will inhabit here, or you can inhabit with me in England.[/b]
The sister says::Definitely go for England, girl. You'll meet Prince William - then you can marry him instead.[/b]
