First off, I wish to say that winning this award t'is a total shock to me. I seriously did nae even expect to place above either any of my fellow Competitors, let alone be tying for First Place.
I t'would like to thank His Majesty, King Charles of Carthal for risking indigestion at having had to sample all the delicious entries that t'were placed before Him in order to make a decision. ~laughs~
To Lady Teresa, My congratulations to ye on winning as well. I find great Honor in having to share the award with ye. Again I thank ye for ye most wonderful cordial hospitality of ye Home and yeself.
To Lady Edfeil, ~smiles brightly and returns your hug~ Tho ye were in truth soothsaying, I truely thought that ye would be the winner for ye confection that both tickled the palette and soothed the sweet tooth. I thank ye for having talked me into competing tho I feel a bit guilty about taking ye cooking title away from ye.
To Lady Dream, 't t'was a joy to see ye about and enjoying the contest. Ye entry of shortbread twas a delight to watch ye create and delious to eat. ~grins~
To Milord Signhelm, I congratulate ye on ye entry of Warrior's Tea. 'T t'was quite ingenious of ye Mother to teach her Son to be able to fend for Himself while on the battlefield or just on a hunt. She hae much to be proud of in Ye.
To Lady Laurestina, Spaciba, for ye congratulations. Cooking like everything else t'is nae difficult once ye set ye mind to 't. ~grins~
To Lady Halethala, Spaciba, Moy Druk for ye hearty words of congratulations. As I be thinking Milady Edfeil brought home some of the remainder of the entries, so there should be some about somewhere...I wish tho ye hae been able to add ye own offering to the mix...~grins~
To His Majesty, King Agustin, Tho 't be our loss ye t'were nae able to enter the competion, Be thankful ye nae had the decision to make nor the pounds to gain in the sampling of all the tasty offerings that t'were set before King Charles...~grins~
Toi Milord Roland, Spaciba for ye kind words and ye hae been sorely missed in ye home. ~wonders about the ticking on what dance card?~ Did nae e'en know the dance cards hae been given out yet.
To Sinold, ~grins as she would at a loved but teased Big Brother, as she knows figs are not your horn of mead.~ I be truely sorry I nae made something more to ye liking but ye go with what ye know. I do hope ye enjoyed all the other delights that Lady E brought back with her from Carthal Castle.

((There is no need for an apology..... you did nothing wrong..... I was merely saying who did what...and I winked after the post . Don't fret over the little things so much.....they often take care of themselves )

Lady Andrea,
Ye did a wonderful job of not just baking but presenting your treat in a way that was a delight to watch. All of the participants were well deserving and I was too shocked to learn I would share first place with such a worthy lady as yerself.
Thank you everyone who came and most esspecially to those who gave such wanderful displays of cooking technique.
Teresa
