 Bren, I am so sorry to hear you have been poorly and sincerely hope all is well now! We have 47 avatars and feel that is plenty but I am sure anything you make now can be included in the Harvest Festival Event? I am looking forward to that and do hope the times are such that I can come  no pressure ;D Thankyou again to ALL of you for supporting this venture.......I appreciate it is not everybody's cup of tea and that real time keeps some from getting involved........ but the support shown has made all the efforts worthwhile and personally I cannot thankyou enough.

oh yeah no worries there...any available avs I got will be put in the Harvest auction. As for events, they are going to be scattered around the weekend, so although you won't be able to make ALL of them, you should be able to make some. (I have some over sea-ers and am hoping they'll do a couple events while I sleep away...lol) I have yet to make the schedule so if you tell me which events you are most interested in and what times are best for you, I can make sure to schedule those appropriately! -winkswinks- |

Here we go I've put up the auction preview. I'm working on getting my own sheets in order.
There are 47 avs. Should there be any who'd like to help make an even 50 I'd take those who've offered up on that. I think Brennekah, Rayven said they would. I'd take one each from them, leaving one more slot open. If not I won't be offended just leaving it as an option. Sorry I've not gotten around to everyone, but I'm getting there.

gah! I was told you had enough...lol...I've my best friend visiting here with me from out of town, so can't be making avs, but I will rifle through my closet and see if I have anything. The Memorial Auction for Thorgrimm was a great success, and to be able to admire his work displayed in the room was in itself a wonderful thing. To have an idea is one thing, but to actually have people who are willing to give their time and put such an effort into making something happen is quite another, and I am completely in awe of the ladies who helped to make this gesture a reality.
To say thankyou again is perhaps not enough and if I could I would gather you ladies up and simply sit a while and enjoy your company. Between you all there is such a quality, a talent, and a warm heart, I felt honoured to be a part of it all.
Out of the 47 avatars Thorgrimm made for adoption that we chose to showcase, I believe only 2 have returned to the others that will eventually be made available to anyone wishing to use them. Xavier, when time allows will give details of how people can adopt them. It was wonderful to see people bidding and winning them, adding the creations to their 'wardrobes'.
The even held a mixture of emotions for us all, I am sure, but to know these avatars will live on and be enjoyed is a great achievement. I am not sure Thorgrimm would ever have agreed to an Auction, he was a quiet man and was not prone to advertise his skills, but I think he was smiling somewhere yesterday.
Thankyou again to all who took the time to be present and I hope you will visit Windstorm again to show of your new outfits!

The whole idea behind this auction was a great idea, Lady Dream and one I was glad I could have contributed to with my time as part of Xavier's team for this auction.. indeed there were some emotional ties behind this but indeed a pleasure to be part of it.. and I even lucked out with a couple of Thor's masterpieces for my own.. even better
Thanks again to those involved and a special thanks to you, Dream, for the idea behind it all.. no doubt it put a smile on Thor's face.. *hugs all around*

Xavier and Dream - you and anyone else involved in this auction did a WONDERFUL job with it! I AM sue Thory was with all who attended last night in the room.... I myself just couldn't be tehre that much, and I am sorry for that!
Great job, and again thank you for this! Thory would have approved I think!

So glad you enjoyed your 'friend time' Bren....... such times are to be treasured. Jazzy has offered to add names to those avatars she donated...... I will wait to see what Xavier and her team say.....if they are happy to do the work or need a hand. Do let me know.
