Thank you Edfeil. . .It was wonderful to have my brother show up and bring his babies with him. Everyone was happy that my brother came and every one helped with the girls where needed or just wanted time with them too. I got my cuddle time with Emmie as my wedding day was the first time I got to meet her. Lizzy was so cute holding Aunt Penny’s hand walking up the steps ahead of us. Just too cute.
There is a little story behind the dress. . . .
The dress my mom and I ordered from a catalog did not fit right. Could not even try and alter it otherwise it would have just been bad. So with some tears talking to a friend who in turned called another friend of hers that I know. She’s a seamstress, used to have her own shop years an years ago. We got her, met my mom at Hancock Fabrics and proceeded to look at the bridal fabrics and chiffon The dress was started Wednesday evening, finished Thursday evening. Total time, 12 hours. It went thru at least 5 different styles thoughts and the insert was the final outcome. The sleeves where done not quite how I thought, but I liked them better then what I had asked for. Her payment from me, Hunk of cake, pic of me in the dress. . .I’m making her a bottle of my aunt’s Kailua too.
Thank you Dream and Madre ~hugs for you all ~ Love ya too Madre. . .Sometimes I feel like I'm the lucky one.
