Letha, perhaps post a few dates that you can make? No gathering would be the same without you

Are we any closer to finalising a date and time yet? I appreciate life is busy for some but this event is in danger of falling by the wayside as so many have done in the past unless we do something about it............
I am sure we have many friends of Windstorm who would gladly donate some time and effort to create an invitation once the date/time is decided.

I am waiting for Letha to sugest a date, as you said, it would be too bad if she could not come. it would be fun if at least the core of the last few years could be there.

Okay... november first or november eight. I fear otherwise we will be too close to the holiday season. Any takers for any of these dates? I would like to finalise the date, that way we can add on invitations etc.

*facepalms* Oh myyyy . . I'm sorry, I thought it was all set already for the 11th! You simply cannot plan around me, my weekends are so often nutty! Even at best I can probably only do a few hours.
But if you're re-choosing, I'd say the first would perhaps be better?

Whatever date is chosen I shall try my best to be about.

So... shall we pick the first and settle on it? That way we can start on invitations and promotions. I don't think we should put in too much activities as (hopefully) just the amount of people being together will be most of the fun. Though I have always wanted to host a greased pole contest. Or perhaps some Trivia? Just one question every half hour or so...

Okay, if no one objects by tomorrow night, I will go with the first... What does anyone think of activities? None? Any? Lots?

No preference for activities here......I would simply love to see the room active once again and with people we love spending time with.
