Growing up, I had two old batchelor Great-Uncles who swore by Blackberry Brandy whenever they got a cold . .
For me, it's Tang and 7-Up (the only time I'll tolerate either of them is when I'm ill!)
Get Better Soon, Dream . . *hugs*

Thanks so much my friends! I feel better today than I have in the last 10 days or so......over the worst but gosh it does linger! Onwards and upwards!! I swear by one our darling Joe gave me years ago now.....Rum or any goodly spirit, slices of ginger, honey and slices of garlic........add that to a sachet of flu or cold relief and off to bed! Quite a nice feeling I must say *chuckles* to all.

Bill swears by zicam and I too must admit that, while it may not immediately alleviate the symptoms it does help you to get better in no time. While we had our colds in Belgium, I did two pharmacies and two healthfood/ alternative medicin stores to be able to find it. Not only did they not have it, they hadn't even heard from it. Fie on them!
