Well...... 1st March today......St. David's Day in Wales and a time of Daffodils, mad Hares and Spring flowers! Rather a dull start to the day here but I do plan on a little more gardening, perhaps even sow my tomato seeds and some chilli pepper seeds. I think they shall have to stay indoor for a while though as my greenhouse will be too cold still. I sincerely hope the snow leaves those who are so tired of it all! We had such a small amount we never had time to get fed up with it *L* but even that amount caused chaos all about! Spring is on her way.......it's official *L* to all and warm wishes for a Happy and Health March! xxx

Oooh!!! *bright smile* Forgive me for a moment here, Dream, but it has to be done. *Hugs the stuffing out of Robin* There now! *grins* welcome back, my friend. It has been way too long. Hope you are doing well! You've been missed!
I wish I could say spring is on it's way here. It's cold and grey and dismal. Very strange. When we arrived in South Carolina the day after new years it was 76 degrees fahrenheit. In the twenties for Celsius. After that, it seems to have gone down and become more windy and rainy, even to the point of snow here. Barely half an inch and gone in a few hours, but still! The last few days we've had a steady grey drizzle. The good news is that some of the flowers are staring to bloom and the grass probably needs the rain. Still... I will be happy to see some nice spring weather before the hot summer!

You know.....he has always been here....rangers are sneaky when they need to be...*grins*
Welcome back good Sir Loxley!
Snow....there are still piles...in the shady places....the hidden holdouts as it were. I love the snow....I just hate the drivers around here when it snows.....but I guess if they keep hitting street light and traffic signal poles...then I am still in a job!
One thing that I am really enjoying lately.....is seeing so many people having fun in Windstorm. If we get more folks....I may need to find more marbles!
All the best to everyone. You make me smile!

*gleefully joins in the Robin-hugging* Hopefully this means we'll see more of you? ((It must've been the day for nostalgia, since I heard from Sinny as well yesterday . . )) Not yet sowing anything but wistful dreams for me, here, but I haven't been of any help to Galor's profession, thank the stars! My little Vibe wouldn't put much of a dent in anything anyway, so I have a good excuse to stay home if there's more than 6 snowflakes in the air, lol. It's been wonderful to peek into the room and more often than not see peeeeoples in there! Now if I could just manage to add myself to the list more often . . ;D

Hard to imagine so many of you still with snow! I do hope the sun shines for you as it has for me today. It has been a glorious day and made me feel like Spring cleaning *L* just a little. We did have a heavy frost this morning with much ice to be scrapped from the car windows! I do remember having frost as late as May just when all the buds are on my Wisteria and Laburnum. Lovely to see so many names and to read of you all............isn't this internet thingy an incredible thing! *LOL* to all with wishes to keep you well and safe always. xxx

Oh... so glad you heard from Sinny. I send a card recently but never heard anything back. Then again, snailmail really is slow if you compare it to the internet. Keep a friend of mine, Pascale, in prayers? HEr husband just died at 44, leaving her behind with three children between 13 and 2.... March is insane. I am so used to being home every day. Yesterday I had boardmeeting, tonight rehearsal, then on sunday there is a course that I am following, on monday another one, on tuesday womens lenten night out. There are cards I need to print in the mean time... gah... life is BUSY!

I think this not speaking real time is affecting my brain *LOL* I simply cannot think of anything to write, apart from what a glorious day it is here! Frosty early morning, but gosh......what a beautiful day so far. Sending you all some sunshine to share. Wishing a wonderful weekend for you all too!

It's blowing a gale here today, good for getting all the washing dry! Mind you, I have noticed a huge lack of washing and such now my Son is not here.......and the food shop is so much less.....hard to imagine just how much he would eat! *S* gosh I do miss him so........ We actually went to the flat and had lunch with them on Saturday....that was strange, being waited on and cooked for *L* I could get used to it. His lady was obviously trying so hard to impress 'The Inlaws' and I hope we showed her that was not necessary and that the meal was delightful. They have made the flat very comfy even though it is small, I guess its all one needs when one is in love *L* I am sure everything will be fine, one cannot stop worrying though can one. I wonder how my parents managed without me *L* Anyway......was super to play a while yesterday in the room, and I hope time will allow such again soon. I am still voiceless and trying hard not to fret. It is a bizarre situation as each new day arrives I expect it to be back, but no...... I do have an appointment late April with an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist, but that seems so far away, may see if I can speed things up, just so I can rest easy and understand just what is going on. As I said yesterday I was about to set up a sex chat phone line *LOL* guess that's out of the question now! Enough waffling.......but it's the only way of expressing myself these days *L* have been told to rest the voice as much as possible.....not easy when one is a chatterer like me hmmmmm. Wishing all a wonderful new week......March winds do blow as they say, but the sun is shining and I did sow my tomato and chilli seeds yesterday!

I hope your voice returns soon, Dream. I had a bad night of sleep last night. I think I only managed three hours or such, so a nap was in order. I curled up on the couch with a quilt and to my amazement I actually did fall asleep. I had some very weird dreams as well. Joseph and I did some fingerpainting, and I will blog a bit about that very soon. Lots of things going on. Tonight I volunteer at Birthright, tomorrow is our 'Women of Faith' night at Church. We have 100 people who will be attending. Much more than we originally expected, so...

Morning everyone. I slept late today to compensate for yesterdays lack of sleep. It felt great. My voice is also grateful. Not yet where it should be, but better than yesterday. I felt great sympathy for Dream. It must be so challenging not to have a voice for a long time. Today is the last day of my traipsing about in the evening. Tonight finally is the woman of faith night. It should be a big succes. Somehow I got roped into not just reading, hosting, providing bread and registering people. But it is so such a beautiful event I don't mind. In all honesty, I volunteered for everything except the registering. Now I must just see that I find some black clothes to wear!
