Horatio does the tour of the town and lands of Windstorm. In every market place he halts and reads out the message Queen Edfeil asked him to read out.
"Dear people,
Due to our beloved Queen being indisposed , Lady Beren, being the closest relative of her Majesty, will be looking after the affairs of state until Her Majesty returns. This is Her Majesty's wish. "

The two men standing nochalantly against a wall, listened intently as Horatio made known the royal decree.
The taller man stiffened slightly as he heard of his Queens apparent affliction and turned his attention to his blue eyed companion.
"Find out what ye can about this and report back to me."
Instantly the blue eyed man was gone, his mottled grey cloak shimmering as he moved swiftly against the stone wall towards the castle making him invisible.
The taller man shifted his eyes towards the castle proper, his eyes shooting upwards towards a window, then he too moved and slipped away into the crowd, to become just another shadow in the fading light.

((Robin I have replied to your message on here, perhaps you are having problems with passwords etc. Do let me know if you need any help or if you still enjoy a walk now and again. )) By MollieMollie took one last look around the empty room, she sighed rather loudly, frowning and pulling that face her Sister so often berated her for. She peeked into the ajoining room, two smaller empty beds greeted her, giving no warm welcome. Quietly she pulled the door closed as she had so often done when the Loxley children were sleeping, turning to the large chair beside the hearth, she half expected Lady Dream to be seated there and felt so dissapointed to see that too empty, cold, abandoned. So many evenings, well into the night, Mollie and her twin Millie had sat within these rooms, listening as Dream would tell tales of Sir Robin His brave acts and kind deeds had become a legend within the Castle walls and the passion with which his Wife spoke of him only added to the excitement as they imagined the scenes she painted with her words. Mollie wondered if such times would ever be again as she checked the candle once more before taking her leave. It was a thick candle, she had placed it safely within it's holder, clearing away the spent ones and confident it would burn through until the early morning light appeared. Lady Loxley had not asked her to continue with this daily ritual, but Mollie had noticed the hesitation within Dream's voice when she told the girls it did not matter for they all had more important chores to be tending to. And so Mollie had taken it upon herself to light a candle every evening at dusk, just as her Mistress had done since the girl could recall. She had not expected Lady Dream to leave this early, even though she always spent each Summer at the Loxley residence they had built at the beach. Something had made her go before Spring had truly arrived, but Mollie had made sure the children had enough warm clothes and blankets packed. The Rangers who had stayed with Lady Dream had been busy preparing the small cottage and would keep watch over the family as they had always done. Mollie, being Mollie had been her normal inquisitive self and peeked here and there into trunks and crates whilst helping with the packing. Lady Dream had taken everything with her, except for some furniture and of course the candle sconce. Mollie shook her head as she opened the heavy door to leave, she doubted the Loxley family would return this time. Her face sullen, she carefully pulled the door closed when all of a sudden Millie and several other girls ran past. "Quick Molls, tha lads be washin' outside. Perran 'e 'as 'is shirt off!!" Millie almost squealled as she pulled her Sister's arm near from it's socket making her subsequently pull the door closed with an uncontrollable jolt. Mollie felt her cheeks flush at the thought of Perran and was soon skipping along with them towards the stairs, all thoughts of the empy room and fond memories leaving her for the moment. As the large, heavy door was pulled to a loud slam, a brief gust of wind was created, quickly gathering dust as it emerged from the cold, empty hearth. The strength of this breeze was all too much for the flickering candle. Try as it may, the battle was lost and the flame extinquished, creating a gentle, spiralling ribbon of smoke............
