After a vote of the current council, it was my pleasure yesterday to add Dieter, prince of Fryseland, to the council of Windstorm. While the 'title' goes to one character to keep confusion to a mininimum, the responsibilities are mostly OOC.
I hope you will all join me in congratulating him, and making his duties as light as possible!
