I read the ooc about your back. my hubby has the same problem and cant have surgery . Now, I know this is going to sound crazy but if you want relief go to your nearest rural shop that sells stuff for farms. Ask for horse linament gel. its a topical anyl geisic. He cant take narcotics and this along with athritis tylenol eases his back up .
