ALL: The first half of her day had been spent in the village, she wanted to check up on Barb to see how he was coming along with the carriage. He had managed to find some black paint with no problem whatsoever, but was still seeking out the red. While it was yet still light, late afternoon, she made her return towards the Castle, but she decided to take the 'pretty route' instead of going on the main road. Yes, she cut across one of the fields and was heading for an opening in the forest. It would be nice just to trot through, weave about the many trees and listen to the tranquil sounds of the wooded area. And so, Dante, her steed, steadily moved ever closer to an opening in the forest.

ALL: Oh how she loved the sound of hooves crushing the crispy leaves underneath the weight of a horse, not to mention her added weight, not to say she weighed a ton...because, she most certainly did not! Oh no, her frame was slender and a stature extremely short. But that was enough about her. There were various birds tweeting their afternoon songs, gathering food no doubt for the evening drawing in. Resting her hands on the front of the saddle, she allowed Dante to choose which ever path he so desired, for she had already directed him in the general direction. Moving around a large tree, she glanced up and stared at the flicking rays of sunlight which tried to beam through. It was such a peaceful place and she could understand why some came here to seek solice.

ALL: Naturally, with each step taken by Dante, they delved deeper and deeper into the forest. How many times had she been here now? Hmm, she'd lost count, but each visit had always been just a little bit different, each and every time. That is what made the forest so special and magical. When she had first arrived here in Windstorm, she had tried to find a river or a lake, or even a deep pond would have done, but she was yet to stumble across one. With the divine weather that they had been having recently, she had wanted to go for a dip. But when she had asked at the Castle, it was advised against. How very annoying. Anyway, she blissfully travelled through the woods, Dante's hooves cracking a dried twig every so often. Was she happy? That would be hard to tell, but she seemed to be in a good mood of sorts, because she started to hum... maybe she would add some words shortly to her tune.

ALL: " The darkness of their soul... " she sang the first line of her made up song, did she have the vocals of an angel? No, in fact, she sounded more like a cat being strangled. " ....will pay with death. I am a healer....of sinful hearts " well, it certainly didn't make any sense at all, but in her mind, it was perfectly clear. And she was really getting into the song, her arms raising aloft and fists punching into the air. Poor old Dante's ears began to twitch furiously. " Tread carefully.... or our paths shall meet.... and I will decide, whether you will.....diiiiiiiie " Hmm, very charming indeed. Good job no one could hear her. And when she fell into complete silence, she could have sworn that she heard a *crack* and a *pop* the distinct noises of a fire consuming logs or twigs of wood. A fine brow ached and she pulled up on the reins, bringing her steed to a standstill. For a time, they stood motionless, blue hues scanning across the treelines to see if she could spy the rising fumes that would signal a fire nearby.

:::Fang in the North:::W: What in all Ha'des?! There was a voice echoing through the trees, like a spirit on the winds, travelling to her sensitive ear canals. In reaction to the sound, she ducked low in the saddle ...as if this was somehow going to help her? Help her with what, even?? To conceal her! It had definately been the voice of a man. But what kind of barbaric language was that?! Oh, it grated on the ears, how vile was it, if she had to hear it one more time, her eyes and ears might just bleed. She had not the first clue, nor she did she want to know. For a time, she didn't want to say anything, but pride got the better of her and so she shouted back, her lungs were made for such: " Who goes there? One demands to know! " she called in return, the tone of her voice was authoritive...not that she held any authority, but who ever this was...they would not be none the wiser. Ha! While she waited if there was a reply, Dante and herself remained stationary.

:::Fang in the North:::W: Oh dear Heavens above! An extremely large man appeared from out of no where. Well, he didn't just magically appear, but he did certainly make an entrance from some unknown location....somewhere within the woods. " Ha.... " came the nervous kind of noise, as her eyes roamed over his form, stopping upon the spear that he held in his hand. It was best if she stayed on the horse, yes, because if she got down from the saddle than he would size her up to be no more than 5'0" tall and that would not be a good advantage from her point of view. If she wanted, she could easily trample him with Dante's hooves. But, no, she would converse with that barbaric speaking man. " Greetings to you... I am Lady Adel de Blakeland " she said most pleasantly, her hand gesturing towards herself as she introduced herself to the man currently standing idle. " And you are? " her hand now drifted in his direction, her index finger extending and pointing at him. Tilting her head to one side, blonde locks drops loosely against her shoulder.

:::Fang in the North:::W: No, she still didn't understand that disgusting language, it sounded like a sword being scrapped along something rough. Yes, very unpleasant on the ears. But this was no time to insult an armed man. Though, the way in which he said what he had just said, did seem as though he was somehow introducing himself in return. " Jeg er Wulf " that fine brow slowly raised high. What a strange and unusual name that was. It was quite a relief to see him relax somewhat with his spear, he did not seem 'that' threatening, than again, looks can be most deceiving. " Uuuh... " it still wasn't completely obvious to her that he couldn't understand what she was saying. It was blatant she could not figure out his words. But the fact that he had answered her, or at least she had thought, she tried asking another question. " What is one doing out here by his lonesome? But before she would dare come within a foot or two of him, she raised her hand and signalled for him to back the hell up. Followed by a nervous laugh. But while she waited to see if he would indeed carry out this quite reasonable request, she stood up in the stirrups and peered down at the drawings he had drawn in the dirt. Most of it should could make out, both brows shooting. Oh dear Lord, was this man a scout?! Was there going to be a planned invasion of Windstorm?!?! There was certainly a pattern here...weapons, lots of men coming over on ships, what in all Ha'des?! Ooooh....play it cool..... smile at the man. A brilliant white smile she did offer. :::Fang in the North:::W: Of course, neither of them could read each others minds, if that was the case than this would be far more simple. Being that Windstorm had recently been under threat, she was jumping to conclusions. At the same time, she wanted to impress a certain someone, her ability to...to.... 'do things', such of this nature! So....What had she got herself into?! Actually, this was perfect, it was a great opportunity to prove that she had a desire to protect Windstorm and those within her...or him...depending on if Windstorm was even seen as a gender.... but anyway. The beat of her heart had increased tenfold, where was her weapons when she needed them? Not that she was foolish enough to take on such a massive mountain of a man alone, or was she? Perhaps. But no, she would not or rather, could not... seeing as she was lacking in the weapon deparment. Ontop of that, if this man was a scout, all he would need to do is call for his back up and BAM, she would be surrounded. But...than she began to reason, why was he not attacking her? If he was indeed part of some barbaric group of men, who were plotting to plunder Windstorm, why did she not find herself thrown to the ground already? Ah ha...it made sense now. It must be her divinely golden woven locks and those piercing blue eyes of hers, the man thought that she was one of his own!! It was obvious. And she did share a blood line, something she kept to herself. Now she felt confident to dismount, which is what she did and walked closer to examine the pictures further. Lifting her gaze, she looked at him. And pointed at him. " You Jeg er Wulf? " she wanted to be sure of his name.

Good job too. Hmm, when he replied this time, it was not simply Jeg Er Wulf, but there were some added words. Goodness, she could not make head nor tails of this strange tongue...but she definately heard Jeg Er Wulf again...so would just stick to calling him that. Not that she was one to use names in the first place. It was now apparent that he did not understand her either, like she had first thought. Hmm...what would Sir Hawkmoon say to do....think one's next move....so, what sort of information did she want or what could she get? Ah...the weapons. Pointing towards the spear, she made a flinging motion as if she had just thrown it, then held up one finger indicating the number one. And than, she pretended that she had withdrawn a sword from a scabbard, and pointed at him. " Sword? " she wanted to see how many weapons that man did indeed carry on his person. Than again, what she had heard of such people, they were mainly good at hacking through people and burning down villages. What the....he suddenly took strides towards her, standing as still as a statue, he strolled on past. Phew, that was a close one. Now, she could signal Dante to make a break for it and being that he was such a clever steed, he would return to whether home was, which was currently the Castle. No doubt people would take note of an empty saddle... but, that would just lead them to believe that the rider was 'gone', the horse would not be able to lead them back. Ah, forget that. There was yet still valuable knowledge to be had, so turning on her heels, she slowly but surely followed behind the huge man. Being that he could not understand her, she began to talk away: " I do hope you know, I am a student. A very sharp eye'd, keen ear'd student. Not much gets past one, and I warn you now...you dare to carry out such deeds, and it shall be your last " her tone was flat and so, it was hard to find any emotion within it that would lead the man to any conclusion, plus her expression was blank.

So he was taking his time in figuring out the lands of Windstorm was he?! Well, she was one step ahead of him! •FOREST•
...is somewhere in the forest near Windstorm...
:::Fang in the North:::W: Oh! How had she forgot about the bow? Silly her, must have been in her moment of anxiousness. Funny how such a heavy weight can go out of one's mind. He seemed to correct her, his name was simply Wulf?? Nodding her head up and down. " Farewell Wulf, until next time " only when she was quite a distance from him, she did turn and make a break for it. Running at high speeds towards Dante, who really wasn't that far away. With haste, she mounted him and let out a loud roar of a shout, that spurred Dante into a sudden gallop. Tearing up the forest floor, Dante went racing along the forest, heading for the first opening that they could find.

ALL: The strange women had by now departed what was to happen next i didnt know i thought of this as i polished my sheild perhaps she would bring others perhaps not all this was trivial one way or another my pressence here in the forest wouldnt go unoticed for much longer anyway .Whatever came i would welcome it with either words or steel .There was a kind of peace i found in this way of thinking if i was to die then it would be a good day to do so if i was to live then the all father has blessed me with another day .I sat the shield off to the side now and looked about for a moment before returning to eating the rest of the deer leg by now it was cool enough to just pick up and rip meat away from the bone with my teeth .

•WINDSTORM LANDS•
...is somewhere on the lands of Windstorm...
ALL: Now, she didn't know every single inch of the forest, one would have to live their whole life inside the forest to know most and even than it was almost impossible to know all like the back of their hand. Dante's hooves thundered loudly against the soft ground below, they came breezing out from the forest and onto one of the fields. Searching her eyes this way and that way, she could spy the Castle in the distance and made for it with great speed. Ok, so had taken a little bit of a liking to the strange fellow... but, maybe that had been part of his plan, to draw her in. She had been manipulated before, that didn't mean she couldn't fall for the same trick twice. But...but... he broke bread with her and also let her hold the bow. And now, they were on a personal name basis. No, no! It was her duty!! Inside, she was battling with herself now, as Dante made for the Castle.

•COURTYARD•
...is somewhere in the courtyard...
ALL: Pushing Dante to the max, they arrived at the Castle in record time. The Guards at the main gate had no qualms with her, they had seen her come and go many times, and knew well that she wouldn't mess up again...or else. Slowing Dante right down, he came trotting heavily into the courtyard. Blue orbs scan over the immediate area, there were guests mulling about, guards and stable boys at hand. But the man she was looking for, was no where to be seen in the courtyard. Bringing Dante to a stop, she swung her leg over the saddle and jumped down, her oversized boots hitting the cobbled stone with a thud. Waving a stable boy over, he came to take care of Dante. As for herself, she went rushing into the Castle.

•WINDSTORM CASTLE•
...is somewhere in the castle...
ALL: Storming through the corridor with purpose, each step was taken with deliberation. There was something that she couldn't quite explain to herself, and that is that she had found herself feeling quite fond towards the weird man of the forest. The language barrier kind of helped, he had expressed a sense of humour, along with a trusting and sharing nature. All this, without words. It amazed her. How had she communicated with someone who did not understand her and yet, they had managed to get along just fine? Where as when she speaks to others, she tends to fall into misunderstandings. How queer. But, the man she was now seeking out, was someone she considered a friend. And if her judgements were wrong, it could result in dire consequences, she'd never forgive herself. This man, now this man, she trusted his judgement wholly.

•GREAT HALL•
...is within the Great Hall...
ALL: Wandering into the main hall, she glanced about for some time. Where the Devil was the man? That is to say Sir Hawkmoon. How dare he be busy else where, this was truly unacceptable on his part. Grumbling to herself, she walked out of the main hall again, entering the corridor and pounding up the hall towards the stairs. If she couldn't find him today, maybe she could catch him tomorrow.... but she promised Wulf she would return. Maybe she'd take him some fruit........maybe she'd take Jinx and show him to him?! Decisions....

•FOREST•
...is somewhere in the forest near Windstorm...
ALL: After eating the rest of the leg i enjoyed the rest of my evening by taking a couple of swigs of the wine skin i had been saving but the night was closing in and the time to rest was at hand .putting the cork into the skin i got off the stump taking my shield and spear with me along with the bow and putting them inside the lean too .Slowly i lowered down onto the bed of pine leafs laying there looking at the sky .The fire would brun all through the night so the concern about warmth was a far off thought .With my arms behind my head i looked up seeing the stars listening to the sounds of the forest at night the owls singing their song i could hear rabbits moving through the thicket .Slowly my eyes would start to close out of instinct as i fell alseep one eye would stay open .

•PRIVATE CHAMBERS•
...is within one of the private chambers ...
ALL: Climbing up the stairs, she made a return to her chambers. Jinx had been left for far too long alone. Opening the door, he came to greet her, running across the floor and heading straight for her shin. He had actually managed to jump, and cling onto her leathers somehow. " Oh, well done " she praised the little capuchin monkey, reaching down, she picked him up and gave him a small snuggle. Before strolling over to the bed and sitting on the edge....quietly, thinking.
