•COURTYARD•
...is somewhere in the courtyard...
ALL: There were a number of things that she wanted to deal with today, but there was never enough hours in one day and so she would need to decide which took priority. Hmm, she supposed she could pay the infirmary a small visit, to ask that they send her a message as soon as the Knight comes through and is able to speak coherently. Her own personal business speaking with Barb in the village would need to take a back seat, for now. And she had wanted to also go to see Wulf, take him a few goodies, teach him some more basic English and also perhaps give him a lesson in etiquette. While she mulled over what she should do, she stood within the courtyard near the entrance of the Castle, eyes glancing about randomly and watching the stable hands leading horses off to the stables as visitors arrived and those with deliveries. Blue hues sweep towards the main gate, the Guards as ready as ever. Though Windstorm is a peaceful land, as of late, there had been many hiccups and threats, who knew when the alarm would sound again.

•WINDSTORM HARBOUR•
...is on land in Windstorm Harbour...
ALL: He had arrived late last night and decided to get sleep on his ship before he ventured into the town. Preferring his quaters then some random inn. But the men of his ship quickly hurried off and found their own accomadations. Now he was awake and had gotten himself dressed. he was the captain of this large ship. Three mast frigate. He emerged from his cabin below and walked along the deck. Standing tall and strong in his garb,.He had his sword at hsi hip and he took in in scent of the harbour. Afamilir scent indeed. Taking a stride down the plank he met up with the harbour Master and paid his dues for the dock.

•INFIRMARY•
...is in the infirmary...
ALL: There she stood motionless for a good time, before breaking from this statue like stance and turning sharply on her heels. Heavy booted feet carried swiftly into the Castle and down one of the long corridors, her footfalls landing with deliberation. What with the Queen's wedding coming up, there would be many challenges ahead, she would offer her help where and when it was needed and carry out anything to the best of her ability. It did not take long for her to reach the infirmary, checking in on the patient who still appeared to have a fever, his forehead covered with small beads of sweat. There was still no knowing whether he would survive or not, it would seem that the healers were still trying to work out what poison was in his blood system. Whispering quietly into one of their ears, she told them to inform her as soon as he was awake, but that she would be going into the village and hopefully will return by midafternoon, early evening. Knowing that Sir Hawkmoon would be pleased that she put these dealings ahead of her own, she left the infirmary with a small smile curling her lips.

•STAG AND BOAR•
...is at the stag and boar Inn...
ALL: After concluding his buisness with the harbour master, and paying a little extra for a bit more security, he had made his way along the dock and to the town. Walking along quietly as there seemed ot be a sense of something big coming up. People were very busy and seemed to be a bit happier then the norm. he strolled along watching the women and smiling to them. Nodding ot the men. he was not a mean man, off his ship. But he coudl be very stren when needed. He followed his nose now to the inn, needing some real food, other then rations from his ship.

•MAIN ROAD•
...is on the main road between the village and the castle...
ALL: Before she left the confines of the Castle, she had made a brief visit to her chambers, only to retrieve the sword that she had left there, not her own, but still...what with all the uncertainties lately, she did not want to venture outside alone without being armed. Making a return to the courtyard, she waved over one of the stable boys. " Kindly saddle up Dante " came the quick request, the stable boy jumped into action and went dashing across the courtyard in the direction of the stables. While waiting, her mind began to wonder once again. There was an inner struggle, on the one hand she wanted to bide her time when it came to seeking out a knowledge would lead her to make an important judgement, but on the other hand she wanted to just rush on in like a mad woman... but there really would not go down well at all. Before she could ponder any further, the sound of Dante's powerful hooves clashing with the cobbled ground came a clip-a-clopping towards her. Thanking the stable boy, she mounted the black steed with the stunning silver mane with little effort, as though it were second nature. Getting her rump comfortable in the saddle, she need not hold the reins, she had laid the blade of the sword across her lap. With a click of her tongue, it sent Dante into motion and towards the gates. Passing through and under the gates, he trotted onto the main road... with the intention to travel to the village, where Barb was, who most likely would be found within the Tavern, his second home!

•STAG AND BOAR•
...is at the stag and boar Inn...
ALL: He settled down at the bar of the inn and the Barkeep came to him quickly. he nodded in greeting and ordered himself a large meal and a large tankerd of Mead. The real fresh stuff, not the moth long stale barrel of mead he had gotten used to. He clicked that off in his head of one of the supplies he needed to get renewed. Once the large drink arrived he began to sip at the refreshing thick drink and look around the inn. He could see only a very few of his crew here this early, sure most had a long night of drinking. His keen dark blue eyes took everything in carefully, always appraising them around him.

•STAG AND BOAR•
...is at the stag and boar Inn...
ALL: After speeding Dante up to a controlled gallop, they eventually arrived within the village, where by she again slowed him...for fear of knocking any one over who was going about their business. Giving only a slight tug on the reins to the left now, she moved Dante into the small stable holding area, just outside of the Tavern. Removing her boots from the stirrups, she swung her leg over and slips down to the ground with ease, her boots hitting the hard surface with a thud. Today she was wearing her favoured black tunic, loose fitting as it was, if it wasn't for her slight frame and short stature, it might be a hard fetch to tell whether she was a woman or not. But the tight fitting brown tanned leather trousers would give everything away to what gender she truly was. And she had decided to wear a black cloak also, the hood risen and covering her lush blonde locks....she always did wear this when entering an establishment she considered more deeming for 'commoners'. Finally, she came to the Tavern door and pushed it open. Stopping in the entrance, piercing blue eyes surveryed the interior, seeking out Barb. There a few men gathered, it was still early yet...so she would go take a seat at one of the empty tables and wait. Plonking herself down at a corner table, the sword was placed at the bench next to her, her hands coming up and resting on the tabletop.

Lady Adel de BlakelandXT: His dark gaze shifted your way as you entered. Seeing such a stunning young woman dressed as such had definitly caught his attention. You wore the clothes very well and the confidence and strength you walked with were evident. He sipped his drin kas you crossed the room and took a seat. Leaning back against the bar and watching you a bit to intently. It had been a long time at sea and he could not help but appreciate the woman he saw now."

•STAG AND BOAR•
...is at the stag and boar Inn...
=James Stark==Captain of: A maiden who worked the bar came on over and spoke in a low tone, asking if she would be needing anything. Nodding her head lightly, she replied softly: " Some tea " was all she said, because it was far too early to be drinking anything of the intoxicating nature. When the maiden shuffled away, her eyes followed her path around the bar and then inevitably fell upon the fellow who was looking her way. A blank expression was awash across her features, even her eyes held no emotion or told no tale. Considering her options just for a minute, normally she might have reacted rudely, but since she had arrived here in Windstorm, she had been given afew pointers and had calmed down a great deal ever since. Tilting her head back alittle, her chin rose ever so slightly, it was her trade mark 'glance', one of arrogrance. But she soon changed that, a friendly smile tugging at the corner of her lips, though her eyes spoke another story. " Greetings Sir. Another fine day in Windstorm " she said, knowing that this would open up room for conversation, and learning if he was of the area or not.

He nodded in greeting running his hand over his short beard" Aye, hello the Lass. And It seems to be a fine day iindeed. though I have just arrived and do not have much to compare it too." he chuckled and took a long drink. "Though the company of the inn does seem to becoming much more pleasent to look at. "There was no sign of refinment, he did not try and call you M'lady or act all prim and proper. he was who he was and he was nto going ot change.

=James Stark==Captain of: Did he just call her Lass?? How DARE he! She thought in the privacy of her mind, though there was no reflection of her thoughts on her expression, save for her jaw line becoming somewhat taut for a moment or two. Keep calm, do not react, he is a new comer here, do not scare them away as one has done so often with others. It was a good job that the maiden cut through and infront of her when bringing over the tea, breaking their eye contact for the second, in that split second her eyes had flared up with fiery rage when hearing his comment about the company being good to look at. What was she, a piece of meat?? A doll to be admired by passing eyes?? No!! The maiden set the tea down infront of her, and as soon as she moved out of the way and she could see the man once again, those blue hues had settled to an icey stare. A laugh escaped her, she was not amused, but she would play to it. Because, well, she was good at that. " Dear Sir, would you care to join one at this here table? " yes, yes, invite him over, see what else he dare breach in one's company. " Might I be so bold in asking your name? " she added, as an after thought.

He noted the slight change in the icey stare but made you mention of it. he as not malicous in his intent or his moods, and there was a light jovial feeling abou this expression and words. " You may, I am James Stark, a pleasure to meet ou, And may I have the pleasure of your name?" He asked as he settled in across from you. Sitting back deep in the chair and sippin ghis drink. This was jus tanother tavern to him. Most nobles who came in were announced or came in with some kind of court, not that he woudl address them any different. he was not one for politics or royal courts.

=James Stark==Captain of: James Stark? Hmm, she did not know the name nor had she heard whispers on the winds of such a name. It wasn't that she was distrusting of others....well, ok, she was extremely lacking in trust of others and so her eyes momentarily roam over his form with suspicion, sizing him up. He was quite a large man, as seemed to be the case with most she had come into contact with recently, he was tall too....but then again, everyone was tall to her, being that she only stood a mere 5'0". Oh damn, she hadn't thought that one through when asking his name, of course he would want her's in return! When in such places where riff raff gather, she never did give her true title, nor much else, because mingling with commoners was just....well, she was from a different world entirely. Though she had become quite close to one of those commoners here at the tavern. " My name is... " she paused, but quickly finished before stumbling " Adel.. you may simply call me Adel " yes, he could be anyone, for even she knew, he could working for her Father and if she gave her last name...that would be the deal sealed. " A pleasure also. Pray tell, where have your journeyed from? " hmm, yes, he definately wasn't from around here.

Lady Adel de BlakelandXT: He chuckled and settled back as he heard your response, So simple and percise, but now where near revealing. And even after there was no real hint of where you were from. He considred that you may even be bothered by his company or question. "Adel, simple enough" You had said Adel, not lady, not any other title so all he could assume was that you were a well dressed commoner. "I have traveled from a number of places, more recently though I have come from the north. A long trip across very frigid waters." He spoke with the sense of being educated, but his manner suggested he was nothing of royalty or nobility. Though he did possess his own ship and crew.

=James Stark==Captain of: " The North! " she blurted out, losing her composure for the first time, with a short sharp laugh. Well, she couldn't quite believe her ears!! " Waters.. " again repeating back the man's words with disbelief. Had she stumbled across some sort of sea? Alright, reel it in and smile politely, there...a warm smile offered. This man may be of some use afterall. Slender fingers reach towards the tea cup that had been brought over, curling delicately about the edges, she brought the rim to lips and took a danty sip, eyes peering down thoughtfully into the steamy liquid. Well, she may look like a well dressed commoner, but she certainly didn't hide it so well in the way she spoke and drank. It just so happened that she had been wanting to gather some information about sea travel, to the North, at that! To Scotland! Maybe this man could somehow aid her. But tread carefully, do not be presumptuous. Carefully she put the tea back down, lifting her gaze to meet his. She knew nothing about ships, nor the life at sea, hell, she'd never stepped foot even on a ship while stationary. " I see... so, you frequent on the oceans, do you? " a fine brow quirked, and if he should answer yes, she followed up with this question if he did so: " How much in the weight of gold would cost a person to hop on a ship and take them to ...say....Scotland? "

Taking a sip of hsi mead he set it down on the table and leaned forward. "Well now Lass, that would depend on a couple of things. How discreet of travel are you looking for, and is it one way, also how soon would someone have to leave?" He did not assume it was for you, though the signs were beginning to clear. He had been to scotland on numerous occasion, the accent and his term Lass should have given it away.

=James Stark==Captain of: Hmm, she had to consider his questions for a time and think how best to reply. There setting out did not need to be without the knowledge of others, it was the landing that would be the clinch. Tearing her eyes from him, she glances across the Tavern, seeming to be deep in thought. The bottom row of her peary white teeth made an appearance, grazing across her upper lip, it was a bad habit of her's when she mulled over something. Finally, she would look back to him with a broad smile. " As far as I am aware, there would be two setting sail " still, she did not give away too much too fast " There is no issue with leaving, but if docking could be done under the cover of darkness, that would be a bonus. It would be two way, there is no telling how long business will take there though, that I can not tell as of yet... " simply because she didn't know " As for how quickly to leave... well, again, that is something that one would need to inquire after once a ship is secured and going that way " nods sternly, feeling that she had mentioned as much as she could that would gain some answers of how much it would cost

Lady Adel de BlakelandXT: He considered the terms you were suggesting and was running the numbers through his head. There was a lot to consider, docking would be easy, keeping the contents secret through the docking, a bit more challenging. But he had options "I see, well what can be arranged to the interested parties, merely as an option. There can be transport made to the shore just away from the docks, a small boat to and from the shore. Now each day waitting at the docks to return would cost. As the more time I sit idle, the more I have to provide for my crew. Is there any idea how soon this trip would need ot be arranged" He fell right into the tak of buisness, especially one that seeme dot have a level of descretion like this

=James Stark==Captain of: Ah, it was coming down to the crunch now. Truly, she had never arranged such a 'business transaction' before. Save for with her newly acquired business partner, their venture was fairly recent, but it would pick up soon enough. This was to be both a business and personal trip. What was paid out in gold, could be made up in daily bread and profit later on, so to speak. Keep one's cool, this man seems to have a head on his shoulder, do not give to what the trips true purpose is... though, she doubted he would turn down a good price. " One would need to speak to one's acquaintance to verify an exact time. But I would dare hazard a guess in saying that it would be in the very near future, that is to say, a couple of days, perhaps a week at the most just to wrap everything up. " she looked him over once again, wondering how long he intended to stay before having bumped into her, only way one to find out...that way, his time would not be wasted if she couldn't get ahold of the said person who was wanting to travel to Scotland with her. " How long was you intending to stay here in Windstorm on your own time? " It was a reasonable question, she thought.

Lady Adel de BlakelandXT: Nodding his understanding ot the time frame he once again reache dup and ran his hand over his short beard. "Well Adel, I had planned to hold dock for 3 days, to resupply and find any other trade deals. Now if a trip was booked to Scotland, I could offer more ideas for trade here a the dock. If the interested parites could be ready within 5 days, I believe I can arrange the travel. As for gold, well 10 for the trip there, 2 per day at port, and 10 for the trip back. That would include food and a cabin. As well as the needed transport to the shore." he looked to you with a riased brow. Taking full advantage of the oppurtunity to arrange a trip so soon.

=James Stark==Captain of: Three days he had planned to dock previously, that would give her around two days to speak with the other person who intended on visiting Scotland for personal reasons and for her to also speak with Barb, her new business partner, she was sure that the dodgy character had contacts in Scotland, he seemed to have a finger in every pie dish. Even if it fell through with the person who wanted to go to Scotland to resolve some personal issues, she was looking more to the business venture more and more and would take this man up on his offer either way. A side slanted smirk claimed her lips. " Please give me a day or two to iron out any creases in the plan and to overview final preparations. The payment will not be a problem. I will seek you out here in the Tavern " says she. Clearing her throat, now that business seemed to be out of the way, though they had not shook on it, she extended an invite to him. " Windstorm is known for its hospitality and so while you are here, if you so wish, pay a visit to the Castle. The Grand Hall is open to mostly all visitors, people many gather there towards the late evening. Perhaps I could introduce you to a number of people there, you never know, you may find more business interests there...what say you, Sir? •VILLAGE•

ALL: After speaking with the fellow, she left the Tavern and hoped to catch up with Barb real soon. She would also need to find Mae and quick time. Walking towards where Dante was waiting, she untied the small pouch connected to her waist, opening it up she peered inside. Not long ago she had been given her 'allowence', but it would not pay the whole fair for the ship ride. " Ah...- - - " just then a word so foul, so disgusting escaped her lips, definately not something a Lady should say. Hmm...as she climbed up onto Dante's saddle, she realized then...she would need to speak with Sir Hawkmoon....maybe she could get an advanced?! Oh yeah....and there was the case of breaking the news about her planned trip.......laughs nervously, real nervously.
