A few weeks ago my husband Bill's grandmother died. Considering how spread out the family is and how hard it was to get everyone there in time, his parents opted for a small grave side ceremony, and a memorial later. The memorial falls on the day when we have planned the wedding, October 20th.
Luckily, no official invitations have gone out yet. *W* And we are talking with council (thank you: Dream, Dorian and Dieter), about a nice IC storyline to postpone it. *G* Hold on to your breeches, we're going to get creative!
IC nobody of course knows that the wedding will be delayed yet. So we are all happily going about our preparations with the 20th in mind as the big day! I think perhaps the day after mayhem might be a good moment to have the delay make itself necessary.
It's not the way we would have planned this but RT comes first. And since we are thrown a lemon, we may as well make really good lemonade out of it!
