One year on.............yesterday I tried several times to post something for our dear Joe, I just could not make it happen. I think of you so often, and always with a smile........time does help and yet is seems as if only yesterday we lost you.
My thoughts are still with his family and friends, I think they always will be........for such a loss is so very hard to accept and understand. May the days be kind to them and ease their pain.
For Joe........funny, witty, clever........handsome, kindly, thoughtful, our Darling Joe.........always only a thought from us. A True Knight of the Olde Code.
"A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam. For a brief moment its glory and beauty belong to our world. But then it flies on again, and though we wish it could have stayed, we feel so lucky just to have seen it." *love
"To mourn too long for those we love is self-indulgent. But to honour their memory with a promise to live a little better for having known them, gives purpose to their life and some reason for their death."

I second your thoughts Dream.........A man who was always fun to be around and a good friend.....truly a shame to have lost some one so special.
My thoughts are with his family at this time.... and more importantly with him............
Be well and Safe All.........

Thank you for posting this thread, Dream. I changed the fading thingy on top of the forums yesterday, but also was a bit at a loss as to how to start a thread for dear Joe. I miss him still, and of course yesterday was pretty poignant. I looked at his pictures and remembered all the fun times in the room ... but also how sometimes, when he went off on a looooong rambling about his latest fishing trip to Cosat Rica he went on and on and on I I just thought "Enough already!" Sigh, how much I wish he would still ramble on and show pictures of the flowers and fishes there! Dear Joseph, hope you're having a ball up there. So, how mayn fish have you caught, if they let you?

It was Sir Joe who first introduced me to r/p and to Windstorm.
A good mate, sorely missed. Time passes but the memories never fade.
Tight lines, my friend. T.
