It's here . . finally! In name only, I'm afraid, as we're in yet another winter storm warning for the evening. But the snows should be rather toothless and not last long . . (my heart goes out to all the folks battling the massive and life-threatening flooding in the middle of the US!)
At any rate, I have seldom been more delighted to welcome the Spring than this year!!
Happy Easter to those celebrating that wonderful Spring holiday as well!

My thoughts are with those suffering from the weather everywhere as Spring becomes official here. We have bitterly cold winds mixed with sunshine and dark boding clouds.......how fickle the weather can be, but we are all safe, that is the most important thing. Easter is so early this year, I prefer it later in April so we can truly enjoy the garden and prepare for Summer *L* Still, a while longer watching through the windows isn't so bad. Wishing all peace and happiness whatever the weather and whatever the Season.  Hope the Easter Bunny finds you all too! |

You know .... It just doesn't FEEL like Easter .. especially in March ... I know, It's the Earliest recorded Easter in 95 years (since 1913 I think) but It just doesn't feel like it ...
Am i talking out of my ass here and alone in this thinking, or am I right on this? lol
Either way, Hoipe everyone has a GREAT Easter Weekend

*Laughs* nope, I'm pretty positive you're absolutely on target, unfortunately! Especially since we're buried in the most snow we've had all winter!! Sheesh . . Didn't realize it was such a historic Easter!  |

*Shudders* It was even cold here in SOuth Carolina. (Not compared to other places, but the temp took a nosedive between yesterday and today). I am hoping for nice warm springweather soon as my mom will be in town for our birthdays!

It indeed does feel early for Easter.. although it feels right also, being so close to Spring Equinox, both of them time for rebirth and fertility... Here in California, we have had very Springly weather, enjoying a few days in the 80s!!
