To our utter surprise we found a house last time that both of us liked and that is within our budget. We will go looking one more time next monday so we have covered all three of the big areas we might like to live in. If nothing extra spectacular comes up, we will probably make an offer for this one. We were quite lucky to have to go househunting in a market which is very good for buyers. s53.photobucket.com/albums/g54/faerieeva/House%20pictures/?action=view¤t=724f09db.pbwLet me know what you think? Too bad the furniture and the pretty classic car don't come with the house, hm? BTW, if I buy this house, I will need a LOT of gardening advice. *LOL*

*dazed!* Oh my stars . . that's just beautiful, Eva! I can't think of anything it's missing . . . Well . . except Repsol . . *grins* Gosh, crown moulding all through, hardwood floors, fireplace, screened porch, deck . . even a pool! So nice . .
(you know, the kitchen cupboards look slightly similar to mine!)

The house is lovely. I adore the hardwood floors and it is a shame you can't keep the existing furnishings.
Be sure to have the crawl checked by a reputable company. SC is notorious for termites, though by my estimation the house may have been built when Clordaine was used and you will probably be just fine.
As far as the yard, fence in the pool and include safety locks. I would suggest Azalea's, which grow extremely well here, Dogwood trees, and if you are inclined, a couple of annual beds in the front.
You know I'm not far away so give me a call if you need help.
