My mysterious disappearance...

No, I haven't really disappeared......it just seems that way. R/t here has been....well, let's just say Hell is starting to look like a vacation spot. First has been the somewhat dismal reliability of my internet provider....it seems the heat we had in the past couple weeks severely damaged some of the equipment that services my area. Hopefully that has been repaired, as this has been the first really good day that I've actually had a connection for more than a few minutes. Sadly, also in that time, one that was very special to me once lost a brave battle against a long illness and there were arrangements to be made, and old anger and hurt to be laid to rest...the goodbyes were said and life moves on. At any rate, I will be getting back into the swings of things and hope I haven't alienated anyone too badly...
