Some of you may have ventured to the chat suites forum and even taken part in the Valentines competition they held this month. I must say I thoroughly enjoy all the word games and such....it is a nice place to simply be and to while away a coffee break *S*
I jumped in when I got home from hospital, having missed the start of it all, but I did participate and actually won with my poem *S* I had already treated myself to membership there with some of my Birthday money, so my prize, one year free membership has been added on *S* I don't ever win much *L* but it was lovely and I did truly enjoy taking part in all the Valentine themed games.
I would recommend you visit and perhaps enjoy the word games if you have time. Its nice also to support the team there as they do a sterling job. There are an awful lot of very talented people who took part in the competition, and it is super to read their efforts, all very worthy of winning in my book.
I thought I would share my poem...........
So many words, I don't know where to start. I'll just say what is whispered to my heart. The touch of your hand and your last kiss at night, Keep me snug and warm until the morning light. Your smile upon waking keeps lifes troubles at bay, And makes me safe throughout the whole day. If I had one wish that could always come true, It would be to spend my life simply loving you.
