I hereby declare today as An International Hugging Day!. I have just enjoyed a cup of coffee whilst reading the BBC online news.......and quite honestly, I feel even more 'down' than I did before. With shootings, murders, air crashes, fires, all manner of awful things people are enduring......I just think it would be so nice to hug them all and give my heartfelt support.

So......... for any in need........ and for me too!

One door closes yet another opens........it is up to us if we choose to walk through.....
