Blogs and Diaries??

I am interested in your opinions on blogs and online diaries........and would value any feedback here *S*

Several boards I wander around now and then have sections whereby members of the board can waffle away to their hearts content about things dear to them or simply comments about day to day living in their part of the world. I always find this facinating as it is a window to their souls *S* I know we have a monthly thread here and that can of course stay........but sometimes things we individually write about get overlooked there can be several posts to digest and one cannot always find time to acknowledge everything. I wonder if by having one's own 'Blog' area, if another person feels they wish to acknowledge or comment further, then they can, or they can simply read and enjoy *S*

Now we have full access to this board, setting up a space for writing is quite easy, but I would like to know if anyone is interested first *S*

I, for one, love the idea! I've blogged in several other places, either in character or out, and find it a wonderful creative outlet as well as a nice way to track my own thoughts and evolving growth, even if not another soul found it interesting enough to read. I'd like to see it implemented.

I think it is a wonderful idea, Dream. Maybe even two areas, one IC and one OOC. The IC area might break through the block that I seem to have of writing interesting stuff for Edie!

I hope to be able to work out the additional sections here and thought the blogs would be ooc, as ic posting is always best in the Roleplaying Section in my opinion. The blog would be yours to write about whatever you felt like, so ooc or ic.....anything.

I would like to have them named personally, so if you have a particular name please let me know or we can just call them Edfiel's Blog etc.

I think I would like for it to be named "Edie's OOC" or something like that.
Seeing Valkryns blog, it might be a good idea to have one thread in the IC as well for letters or blogs of our characters. Things that could give an insight in their private thoughts, etc...
