I am still struggling with a cold here and have found out that I spread my stomach flu to five more people on the christmas party at Joseph's godfather's house that we attended. Ooops!
I am trying to finish a scarf for my grandmother but just found out I am short on the right colour of yarn. It will thus become a two coloured scarf, and I need to learn how to pick up stitches at the edge. Hmmm... challenges. I am already dreading our travel back to the US as there still is horrible weather in chicago.

My mother showed me how to pick up the stitches and with a bit of luck I will finish it tonight. I should, because I need to give it tomorrow. *L* How is that for living close to the edge. Still not as bad as the time I actually finished a monogram on a bathrobe for Beren's mother on the train towards the actual birthday party>
We all went to the funeral of Beren's grandmother and the meal afterwards which were comfortful and sweet for such a sad occasion. She thanked you all for your wishes and support.
