I took a chance on a book I found in the thrift shop "Rules for Old Men Waiting" by Peter Pouncy . . not exactly riveting, but lyrically written at times, and a peek into another way to look at death.

I would imagine that to be quite an interesting read Letha.
I have just finished 'Chemistry of Death' by an English writer I found by accident. Simon Becket. Brilliant and captivating read, making a refreshing change from the American Authors I normally enjoy. I have just ordered the next 2 books in the series *L*
Let us hope for some long and warm summery days to simply sit outside and read!

I second that! A friend sent me a whole box of her Mercedes Lackey books, and I am relishing the aspect of getting lost in them!

It has three stories in it and I read one and now going to the other two, *S*
